A Seller of mine had a pre-inspection of an investment home that had been rented out for seven years. There was so much that needed to be done from cosmetic items to reconstruction of a deck to heating, plumbing and electrical, to meeting a vendor with the best place for radon mitigation. Ault Construction worked with the seller to keep costs down while accomplishing a goal that we as non-construction people could not think of on our own. Wayne was very responsive to problems that arose, took pictures to communicate the work done to the out-of-town sellers, and was available for phone consultation when we did not quite understand a buyers repair request. Wayne Ault and his construction company came highly recommended several years ago when we needed to replace our back deck. After the completion of the deck and several smaller projects, we contracted with Ault Construction to remodel our kitchen. The result is quite marvelous: new drawers and cabinets, wide and deep, including a lazy Susan for larger pots and pans; new built-in appliances; a pullout drawer for both a garbage can and a recycle bin; a hardwood floor; a generous pantry; a built-in desk that matches our old oak table and chairs; and plentiful lighting. The project was completed on time and came in slightly under budget. We could not be more pleased!​​
